Join us and volunteer your time to the Relay Race, and at the same time help raise awareness and funds for Kids of Courage and the wonderful work they do. Volunteers are a crucial part of any great race, and this one is no exception. You will be working hand in hand with our Race Director and Volunteer Coordinator, and will help ensure the success of this race. Volunteers are invited to the finish line event free of charge. We appreciate and look forward to your help!

How did you hear about the event?
Acceptance of Waiver and Waiver: I know that serving as a volunteer at a road race is a potentially hazardous activity, where I may be exposed to heavy vehicle traffic and required to stand for a period of several hours. I should not volunteer unless I am medically and physically able to do so. I agree to abide by any decision of a race official relative to my ability to safely complete my volunteer assignment and I further agree that race officials may authorize necessary emergency treatment for me. I also understand that police protection may not be provided. I assume the risk of volunteering under such conditions. I further assume any and all other risks associated with participation as a volunteer in the 2012 JRunners 200K Relay Race (hereinafter the "Event") including, but not limited to illness, traveling to and from the event, falls, contact with spectators or other participants, the effects of weather (including temperature extremes and humidity), and the surface conditions of the roads, all such risks being known and appreciated by me. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts, and in consideration of my participation, I hereby for myself, my heirs, my executors, administrators or anyone else who might claim on my behalf, covenant not to sue, and waive, release, and discharge J Runners USA, Inc., its founders, race directors, race officials, coaches, vehicle drivers, volunteers, and any and all other sponsors, suppliers, agents, independent contractors, employees and other personnel in any way assisting or connecting with this Event from any and all claims or liability of any kind or nature whatsoever arising out of my participation as a volunteer in this Event, even though this liability may arise out of negligence of carelessness on the part of the persons or parties named in this waiver. I hereby authorize J Runners USA Inc. to use my image or likeness for race promotional purposes.
I agree to the above waiver and terms
